365 postcards for Ants is a project created by very talented South African miniaturist Lorraine Loots . It started on the 1st of January 2013, as a challenge - to create a miniature painting every day for the entire year. And I can absolutely say these tiny painting are spectacular!! The detailing in these many pieces are so on point that I have to think twice that this is drawn by hand.

This year she's doing this project all over again in celebration of Cape town as it is this years "World Design Capital 2014". All miniature paintings will be Cape town themed!
