Next week around this time I'll be a graduate of Riga Design & arts high school / fashion department /. As a qualification project collection I decided to create 4 coats with asymmetrical  overall cuts, pockets and lapels. With low cut sleeves and it's oversized size I wanted to reflect Anitas Melderes painting (see it below) in my interpretation.
I was really inspired by this painting, because it's so abstract and expressive. There are no clear colour  squares, everything is smashed and blurred together.
stay tuned for photoshoot photos to see the actual result

  1. I can't wait to see the finished result.
I can see how you were inspired by the paintings.
    I adore coats like that!

  2. Good day! I could have sworn I've been to this blog before but after going through a few of the posts I realized it's new to me.
Regardless, I'm certainly delighted I stumbled upon it and I'll be bookmarking it and checking back regularly!
